Agility is increasingly becoming a competitive factor in global business in order to implement changes quickly and effectively and to shape new trends. In this project, the first step was to identify areas for action to increase agility by means of an agility audit. Based on this, the second step was to implement corresponding agile processes, structures and principles during a pilot project.
