Der meteorologische Herbst beginnt

Heute ist meteorologischer Herbstbeginn!

Aus meteorologischer Sicht gehören September, Oktober und November zu den Herbstmonaten, weshalb der meteorologische Herbst bereits am 01. September beginnt. Nach astronomischer Sicht beginnt der Herbst erst am 22./23. September, wo Tag und Nacht genau 12 Stunden dauern. Wir wollen den meteorologischen Herbst heute schon begrüßen.

Wussten Sie schon, dass auf der Südhalbkugel die Monate März, April und Mai meteorologisch den Herbst darstellen?
